Building trusting customer relationships is a high priority for me as a stepping stone to customer success. I work directly with customers to understand their goals and challenges, and then act as a client advocate while linking a cross-functional approach to solving customer issues. A desire for learning and technical background allow me to maintain an in-depth knowledge of a large number of software products.
A bachelor’s degree in English and experience with technical training refined my communication and presentation skills, while my time as a programmer before moving into project management allows me to bridge the gap between the technical team and customer experience. Outside of work, I’m the “communications” board member for my son’s lacrosse team, a former professional photographer, and collector of rescue dogs.
